IMPACT PSA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) multi-media Production Company, based in Los Angeles, California. It is IMPACT PSA's mission to utilize visual media to heighten public awareness and advance knowledge about the signs and scope of Elder Abuse.

Founded in 1997 by accomplished and award-winning entertainment and law professionals, IMPACT PSA was one of the first U.S. organizations to urge greater awareness about Elder Abuse.

Elder Abuse assumes many forms.
Some of the most prevalent are:

• Physical Abuse
• Psychological Abuse/Verbal Abuse
• Caregiver Neglect
• Self-Neglect
• Financial Exploitation

Because of limited media attention, the public continues to have little knowledge about the increasing millions of elders being abused each year.

Utilizing ever increasing visual media outlets IMPACT PSA'S Media Campaign: "Elder Abuse. There's Just No Excuse." is designed to increase awareness and equip our society to meet immediate challenges, as well as those challenges that certainly lie ahead as the baby boomers age and reach retirement.

As IMPACT PSA continues to produce 30 and 60 second television/online Public Service Announcements addressing the forms and consequences of Elder Abuse, the organization is also developing longer form content. A Benefit Event will be televised. A news magazine and documentary programming are also currently in development .
